You may browse and share this site for your own use. Please do not copy our photography or descriptions for another business, or use the site in a way that breaks the law or interferes with it.

Submitting the form sends us a request to buy. It becomes a contract only once a team member confirms stock, the total price and the delivery arrangement with you — usually on WhatsApp. Until then nothing is reserved or owed.

Prices are set in US dollars and shown in your chosen currency at an indicative fixed rate. The amount you pay is the confirmed total agreed with our team, which may include delivery. Payment is arranged directly with us; this site does not store card details.

We deliver across Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi, and to other parts of Africa by arrangement. Timing depends on your region and the courier; we confirm the expected window with your order and tell you promptly if that changes.

Give us accurate contact and delivery details, and check the option, quantity and dose you have asked for at confirmation. Supplements are for adults; it is your responsibility to check with a healthcare professional that a product suits your situation.

We are responsible for items that arrive damaged, wrong or faulty. We are not responsible for losses that do not flow from our failure to meet these terms, for delays caused by events outside our control, or for how a product affects you given your own health circumstances.

NOW, Nutricost, Life Extension and Nature's Bounty are owned by their respective manufacturers; we distribute them through authorised channels and do not claim ownership of their names or marks. Site text, layouts and our own photography belong to us.
